Stage 5 Pole Grip Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Stage 5 Pole Grip, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Promotion Period: Monday, 26 October 2026 to Monday, 2 November 2026 at 11:00 pm AEST.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and over, worldwide, subject to applicable laws and shipping restrictions.

1.2. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

1.3. One (1) entry per Instagram account is permitted. Participants may enter using multiple Instagram accounts, provided each account independently completes all entry requirements.

1.4. Duplicate entries from the same Instagram account will not be counted.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following during the promotional period:

• Follow @stage5_polegrip on Instagram.

• Repost the official giveaway post using Instagram's repost feature.

• Comment "REPOSTED" on the original giveaway post.

All three requirements must be completed for an entry to be considered valid.

3. Private Instagram Accounts & Verification

3.1. Entrants with private Instagram accounts must allow Stage 5 to verify that they have reposted the giveaway.

3.2. Stage 5 may send a follow request to private accounts for verification purposes.

3.3. Entrants must accept the official @stage5_polegrip follow request within 24 hours of receiving it and before the winner is announced.

3.4. Failure to accept the follow request within this timeframe, or failure to provide verifiable proof of reposting, may result in disqualification.

3.5. Stage 5 reserves the right to verify that all entry requirements have been satisfied before confirming a winner.

4. Giveaway Period

4.1. The giveaway commences on Monday, 26 October 2026.

4.2. The giveaway closes at 11:00 pm AEST on Monday, 2 November 2026.

4.3. All times are based on Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (AEST, UTC+10).

4.4. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

5. Prize

5.1. One (1) winner will receive one (1) bottle of Stage5 Pole Grip.

5.2. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5.3. Stage 5 will cover standard shipping costs to the winner's nominated address, subject to shipping availability.

6. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

6.1. International entrants are welcome, provided Stage5 can legally ship the product to their country.

6.2. Winners located outside Australia are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, clearance fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.

6.3. Stage 5 will not reimburse or cover international customs charges.

6.4. If the winner refuses to pay applicable import charges and the parcel is returned, abandoned or destroyed, Stage 5 is not required to provide a replacement prize or additional shipment, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner Selection & Announcement

7.1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes.

7.2. Each eligible Instagram account will receive one entry into the random draw.

7.3. All entry requirements must be verified before the winner is confirmed.

7.4. The winner will be announced on the official @stage5_polegrip Instagram account and contacted via Instagram direct message.

7.5. The winner will not be required to make any payment to Stage5 to claim their prize.

8. Prize Acceptance

8.1. The winner must accept their prize and provide their full name, valid shipping address and necessary delivery details within seven (7) calendar days of being notified.

8.2. If the winner fails to respond or provide the required information within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited.

8.3. If the prize is forfeited, Stage5 may conduct a further random draw from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable laws.

8.4. Stage5 is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the winner.

9. General Conditions

9.1. Stage5 reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, unverifiable or in breach of these terms and conditions.

9.2. Stage5 may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from operating as intended, subject to applicable laws.

9.3. Stage5 is not responsible for Instagram technical issues, outages or other platform errors that prevent entry or verification.

9.4. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

10. Privacy

10.1. Personal information collected from the winner will be used for giveaway administration, verification and prize delivery.

10.2. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

10.3. Necessary delivery information may be shared with shipping providers and customs authorities to fulfil the prize.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

11.1. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

11.2. By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the administration of this giveaway and release Instagram from liability arising from their participation, to the extent permitted by law.

11.3. All questions regarding the giveaway must be directed to Stage5 Pole Grip, not Instagram.
